Windows Email Software Setup for Outlook

1. Start Outlook, on the Tools menu click E-mail Accounts.

2. Select Add a new email account from the Email heading, click Next.

3. Select POP3 from the list of Server Types, click Next.

4. In the User Information fields, enter your full name and email address.
In the Server Information fields, enter your domain (ie. mail.your_domain_name.com) for both (POP3) and (SMTP).
In the Logon Information fields enter your email address for your User Name and then enter the password that applies to your specific email account.
Then click More Settings.

5. Click on the tab Outgoing Server then check the box My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authenticaiton.
Then select Use same settings as my incoming mail server

6. Click OK to return to the previous window, then click Next.

6. Finally, click Finish. You have successfully configured Outlook 2002-XP
